FIVIN Pleads for the responsible consumption of wine in the Upper School of Hospitality industry of Barcelona

FIVIN has participated in the course of sumillería of the Upper School of Hospitality industry of Barcelona, (Course of University Extension by the University Rovira i Virgili), with a presentation on wine, nutrition, health and Mediterranean diet. The doctor Rosa Lamuela explained to the students and futures sumilliers the beneficial appearances of the responsible consumption of wine and his relation with the nutrition, since the wine considers food in the pyramid of the Mediterranean Diet. The doctor Lamuela is scientific adviser of FIVIN and professor title of the department of Nutrition and Bromatología of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Barcelona.
The students participants have expanded his knowledges in geography vitivinícola national and international, as well as in service and maridaje of beverages that accompany a good table, in addition to taking consciousness on the importance to enjoy of the wine with moderation and responsibility and carry a healthy diet and balanced.
This activity freamers in the actions of the second part of the European Program 'Wine In Moderation', headed to the consumers that the FEV and FIVIN promote in Spain to promote the responsible guidelines of consumption between youngsters and adults.
