The demand for labour encourages Aimplas to bid a higher training cycle for the plastics sector

Aimplas offer a new training cycle to include professionals in the plastics sector. After the success achieved in the seven editions of the cycle of medium degree of technical plastics and rubber which has managed the labour insertion of 100 per cent of the students, Aimplas and the Instituto Manuel Sanchis I Guarner are offering Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior.
It is a study official, dependent of the Conselleria de Cultura, Educació i Esport and which works AVEP (Valencian Association of plastics business), which main objective is to cover the demand existing in the plastics sector and therefore insert the students in the industrial fabric. It is the first cycle of higher grade for the sector of the plastic in the province of Valencia, and the second of the Valencian Community.
The cycle consists of two courses with a total of 1,400 hours of training, 440 of them training in companies. In this period the students will know in depth the Organization and management of production, processing facilities, processing of plastics, rubber processing, the quality control of processes, and relations in the working environment.
The main responsibilities of senior technicians in plastic and rubber are concrete production plans, integrating the factors of production, and control the quality and safety in the processing of plastic materials to sectors such as automotive, the toyfood, footwear, electricity, electronics, construction and agriculture.
The formative cycle of technician in plastics and rubber is presented at the Formaemple fair @, competition being held until April 8 at the Feria Valencia.
