Alimentary Exhibitions participates in the first postgraduate in gastronomic Communication and Enológica of Barcelona

The first postgraduate on gastronomic communication and enológica given in Barcelona will start the next month of October in the Universitat Abat Oliba CEU. In the last two decades, the gastronomy and the oenology have popularised like activities of leisure for the big public and like industrial states of first índole by contribution to the wealth of the country. In this sense, Alimentary Exhibitions and his main cabecera, the Alimentary living room, support this new initiative to strengthen and profesionalizar the gestión of the that already is the first industrial state of the Spanish economy.
The Postgraduate in gastronomic Communication and Enológica is cream to give answer to the need of derivative specialists of the peak and the visibility that both sectors have purchased in our society. His aim is to form professional advanced and autosuficientes in the gestión of the gastronomic communication and enológica and efficient in the transmission of informative and promotional messages, already went in the company or in any media.

Juan Antoni Valls, general director attach of Alimentary Exhibitions and also responsible maximum of the Alimentary living room, will form part of the Council Adviser of the postgraduate to contribute in first person his know how and experience purchased in the gestión of the operator ferial and at the head of a living room of international reference for the agroalimentación and the gastronomic tourism. The plan of study comprises four blocks –gastronomic culture and enológica; skilled information in the sector; the markets of the gastronomy and the oenology and the gastronomic communication and enológica, in addition to a professional project of final of postgraduate– that will be tackled so much from a theoretical perspective as through the practical development of cases and real situations.
