AECOC Analyses the keys of the 'convenience' and shows the system eScan in Alimentary

Between other proposals, AECOC will present eScan, a revolutionary fusion between the bar code and the mobile that definitely will renew the relation between the companies of big consumption and his consumers / buyers. Likewise, the association will offer data of consumption of foods frozen products, the keys of success of the tendency 'convenience' in a moment in which the consumer needs solutions of food to consume in any place and moment, as well as a campaign headed to dinamizar the market of products cárnicos.
The service eScan, a fusion between the traditional bar code and the mobile, will allow to the consumers access to information of value on the products that buys and/or consumes like his nutritional properties, composition etc… eScan, that will allow to access to truthful information and updated of thousands of products with only a gesture, and will give to know, of official form, in presses conference the next 28 March.
Nevertheless, the activity of AECOC in Alimentary 2012 will begin next Tuesday, 27 March, with a presentation that freamers in the celebration of The Month of the Frozen products –an initiative promoted by the main manufacturers of foods frozen products packagings that every year concentrates in the month of March his efforts of diffusion of the properties of these products–.
In this occasion, The Month of the Frozen products fulfils his tenth anniversary and it conmemorará in Alimentary 2012 with his traditional presentation of data of consumption of foods frozen products in Spain, as well as with the delivery of prizes to the distributors that more have contributed to the development of the initiative.
Likewise, the Platform of the Frozen products, that along all the year aúna the efforts of manufacturers and distributors of these products under the coordination of AECOC, will show the 'linear of foods frozen products of the future', a pilot project in which it is working for the improvement of the experience of purchase of these foods and that will be exposed in the pavilion Interpesca during the celebration of the Living room.
Of equal way, AECOC has aunado the efforts of the industry and the distribution for dinamizar an alimentary category, in this case in the sector cárnico, through the initiative 'Meat, natural power'. A project that already has the participation of a veintena of companies and that will have of an own space in the pavilion Intercarn.
AECOC Also will take advantage of the frame of Alimentary 2012 to analyse the opportunities and keys of success of the tendency 'Convenience' in the sector of the big consumption. A new determinate –phenomenon by new marked lifestyles by the fault of time for the domestic tasks– on which the Association has deepened in his new study 'Opportunities of the Convenience in the national market', elaborated thanks to the collaboration of the recognised consultor Antonio Agustín. The presentation of the study, that will take place the day 28, will complete with the exhibition of the conclusions of the International Seminar celebrated recently by AECOC in United Kingdom, market considered 'the king of the convenience'.
