El grupo Accelll comunica, a través de Tradebike, que están buscando ocupar el siguiente puesto de trabajo:
Accell Group: we are looking for our new activation manager to help us to develop our business in Spain and Portugal and lead the Go to Market strategy.
He/She will be responsible for driving topline mindset and engagement for the leading brand of the country’s portfolio and deliver consistently iconic activations.
Tasks:
- Own the adaptation as well as implementation and execution of the Global Brand initiatives
- Act as the hub for all aspects of the Go to Market marketing mix to ensure complete alignment in the development and execution of marketing programs: Brand Activation, Consumer Engagement, Marketing Toolbox delivery…
- Will have in charge the global demo fleets.
- Define local marketing Toolbox requirement toward global brands management (brief the deliverables)
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budgets in alignment with the commercial management team.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing and brand management in premium branded consumer goods industry, sporting/Biking goods market preferred
- High-level in marketing experiences in local country with all aspects of the marketing mix.
- Experience for adopting global marketing concepts, brand guidelines and building local marketing program
- Holding responsibility of Budget, ROI, on time delivery
- Has worked in an international matric organization
- Good knowledge of bicycle mechanics.
Education
- Post secondary education in Business/Marketing/Communication or equivalent experience
- English and Spanish Fluent
Additional information
- Job based in Barcelona
- Wages to be defined according to profile
- With the support of the local Sales team, manage main events to highlight the brand.
- Provide strategy and brand direction for Spain and Portugal areas.
- Will be in charge of Social Media channels and local sponsoring.
