Fivin Wide the learning of the future sommeliers with formative sessions

The doctors Rosa Lamuela and Sara Arranz, of the Department of Nutrition and Bromatología of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Barcelona and scientific collaborators of Fivin, exposed the importance to enjoy of the wine with moderation and responsibility, as well as the importance to carry a healthy diet and balanced in pro of a quality of life. The young sommeliers are the professional futures, and therefore is totally necessary that have of correct technical information on the positive effects that the moderate consumption of wine has on the health.
This activity forms part of the European campaign ‘Wine In Moderation', that the Spanish Federation of the Wine together with Fivin are developing in Spain. They have created a series of educational activities designated ‘Art of Vivre' directed so much to consumers as to the own industry vinícola, where the maximum is to transmit to the society the importance of the moderation and propiciar the cultural change, since the wine has been and is an important part of the life and the European culture appreciated by million people in the world.
