Fivin Explains the profits of the moderate consumption of wine and digs to the futures sumilleres

A year more, Fivin has formed to the futures sumilleres on the values and profits of a moderate and responsible consumption of wine and of digs. The students of the course of Diploma of Sumiller of the ESHOB (Upper School of Hotelería) participated in a session on wine and health, in which they explained the profits of the moderate consumption of wine and digs. This learning, complementary in the Course, was driven by the doctor Rosa M. Lamuela, of the Department of Nutrition and Bromatología of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Barcelona.

The Dr. Lamuela is member of the Scientific Committee of Fivin and enjoys of a big prestige in the medical field and scientist by his works of investigation on wine and digs, his components and his positive effects on the health. Activities like this are a very important part of the actions of Fivin, since they educate and inform to the youngsters, future consumers, on the responsible consumption of wine and digs, as well as of the social risks and of health of an excessive consumption.

This activity engloba in the Program Wine In Moderation, managed jointly by Fivin and the Spanish Federation of the Wine. The program composes of a series of educational activities headed to consumers and also to the own industry vinícola, where the maximum is to transmit to the society the importance of the moderation and propiciar the cultural change, since the wine and the digs has been and is an important part of the life and the European culture appreciated by million people in the world.
