Wittmann robot
In the area of robots and automation systems, Wittmann will show as an expansion team, among others, the W873 robot and the system of control R8 with enhanced features.
The W873 model is mechanically based on the previous model W773, but incorporates many changes and improvements. The burden now reaches the 125 kg, with a maximum of 3,000 mm vertical "and" standard career The robot is also available with a configuration of vertical race of 3,600 mm and 60 kg of cargo. The career of anti-corrosion cross "X" standard is 2,000 mm and the horizontal axis is 4,000 mm (with options of extension in increments of 1,000 mm).

The familiar role of intelligent extraction 'smartremoval' now also available in robots for lateral access W827 and W837. Wittmann WFC 100 temperature control
The cooling of moulds and temperature controllers are an important part of the initial activities of Wittmann. Water flow rate regulators have been considered for many decades as the standard for the cooling of machines injectors and molds in the plastics industry. The increasingly greater interest of transformers of plastic to improve control of processes, has led to the development of the new unit of measurement of flow of water 100 WFC.
The 100 WFC is a combination of regulator and flow meter. It is possible to control up to 8 circuits on a permanent basis to maintain constant water flow. All possible problems, such as blocked pipes or hoses folded due to the change of mould, can be omitted entirely. The range of flow of the WFC 100 lies between 2 and 40 l/min per circuit, with a maximum temperature of operation of up to 100 ° C and a maximum of 10 bar pressure.

TEMPRO basic C90 / basic C140

The Tempro basic C90 is based on a team without pressure (open system) and is suitable for temperatures up to 90 ° C. However, the Tempro basic C140 works according to the principles of the pressurized system (closed system) and allows the heating without problems of water up to 140 ° C.

Dehumidifiers Wittmann
The new dehumidifier for wheel Drymax ATO, combines the advantages of a point of constant condensation with high energy efficiency. Gravity dispensers
