DTZ has several projects in marketing
These include Central Logis Vila-rodona and a promotion of Concerto in Alcalá and Azuqueca de Henares warehouses. In the first case, it's a logistics park of new creation, promoted by GE Real Estate, located on the second logistics Crown out of the Barcelona Metropolitan area and in an area with strong demand for logistical quality product. Central Logis will be available from July 2008.
Its total area is 178.316,90 square meters, of which 111.323,77 square meters are intended for the construction of 6 buildings, with the possibility of 'turnkey' projects, with surfaces ranging between 10,000 and 27.700 square meters. The ships will have all the features of the Logistics Park of last generation in terms of functionality, system against fire, energy efficiency and sustainability. Both the design and construction of the ships are being carried out by Coperfil construction.
In addition, also sold a class of ships in Concerto in Alcalá and Azuqueca de Henares. In this case, the Spanish subsidiary of Concerto Développement, one of the greatest French logistics companies, is developing logistic ships of last generation in these places close to Madrid. The ships have an unbeatable location, the Corredor del Henares, by the consolidation of the zone as logistics space, its excellent communications, being located on the shaft Madrid - Guadalajara - Zaragoza - Barcelona. The nave of Alcalá has 8,968 square meters, of which remain 4.472 square meters available, and is marketed in regime of rent.

During the days of the event, DTZ also exposes the Eurologistics international project, that the consultant since 2005.
