The bands cross Dematic Crossbelt sorter is a bi-directional classifier with high precision and speed which transports products with care and safety to their destinations, regardless of their size, shape or surface.
Individual carriages, each with its own conveyor, enable the classifier to send products to the correct destination with total precision. The diversion points can focus at short intervals, so the Crossbelt Sorter sorter saves lots of space.
The patented double cell of Dematic provides an accurate download, allows the smaller width of hopper on the market, reduces the length of the sorter, saves space and maximizes production with a small distance between cells.
