Software for the Computerisation of the movements of coils in the warehouses, that allows to know in real time the exact situation of the bridge crane and of the coils, achieving an improvement of the productivity.
Developed by Class 10 provides a total and immediate visibility of what occurs in the warehouse.
With the implantation of this application achieves :
- Improve of the trazabilidad (coils identified and situated in real time, decrease of incidences in inventories,…).
- Optimise the times of process (reduction of the times of load in truck or train, rapidity in the location of a coil, rapidity in the realisation of inventories,…)
- Delete tasks of low value added (manual tasks of location, processes based in paper,…).
- Greater hygiene in the place of work. Surroundings of high dangerousness, that can see reduced thanks to the automation of the place.
