Intermec Technologies has the engine approached the market OEM EA20X bar code reading. This engine, based on imaging technology, has as main applications not only their integration of professional or logistics mobility devices, but also numerous identification activities, from health sectors to the industries of leisure and entertainment (lottery terminals, access controls, interactive kiosks, point of sale, etc.).
The EA20X engine is the first 2D Reader that combines technology imager 2D with the scope of a linear reader benefits that you can read in a range of up to 1.25 m what is 40% more than other 2D readers on the market.
Designed to beat all brands of productivity in intensive captures (up to 60 readings per second in 2D mode and 200 readings/second in mode 1 d), this scanner also captures images with excellent resolution, opening the door to new applications where the limitation of the range of reading is no longer an obstacle.
This engine has patented Intermec decoding technology and can also read symbolism of a dimension of omnidirectional way, a versatility that makes it especially useful and in all types of environments: commercial, industrial and outdoor applications.
It has a very compact and has both laser pointers in the Centre and in the corners, so you can read in any light condition, from the darkness most absolute until a sunny day outside. It also presents a robust design which allows it to operate in hostile environments.
