Automation of line of termofijado and dried: with the functions centralised in a tactile screen
The accionamiento and control of all the parameters of the line of termofijado and dried rrealiza by means of the program of gestión Autorame v 1,0, centralised in a main tactile screen situated in the bridge of control. The program of gestión is formed by four main parts. In the first place, by a general control of the rame (fans, extractores, failures,...). Also it has of I.T.C, Intelligent Control of the Temperature, with automatic gestión of the speed in process him of dried and termofijado according to the temperature of the camera and the real temperature on the fabric. It integrates To.Or.F, digital control of the supercharging of the fabric and cell of load, digital control of the tension of rolled up.
