In 1985 the Mr. José María Prat founded a small familiar company Catalan Commercial call of Textile Machinery, S.A.; devoted only and exclusively to the dealers of textile second-hand equipment.

Because of the evolution of the times and to the current requirements of the market, the company has specialised in entering modifications and improvements in all type of textile machinery, achieving transform obsolete machines in competitive elements for the current textile industry.
