Graviplus works on the principle of differential weighing. The flow of the material is controlled and regulated in relation to the weight, so variations in density in bulk, changes in the size of the grains or variations in the behavior of the workflow do not affect the accuracy of dosing. Precise gravimetric registration of the consumption of the material of all components allows a precise calculation and continuous quality control of precast products. It can be demonstrated and documented the composition of the final products with regard to the type and proportion of the individual components during the time of production.

The modular concept of the individual teams, as well as overall system ensures optimum adaptation to each task and offers the possibility to extend or modify the system later. The Graviplus is water resistant to dust and all parts in contact with the product are resistant to wear and tear or aluminium chemically nickel stainless steel.

With each individual team up to 8 stations of dosing can be used to granulate, microgranulado, powder, liquids or ground material. Dosage with double spindle and agitator stations are available for components of fluency difficult or non-existent.

Thanks to the autocalibrado of the system eliminates the necessary dosage adjustment in the usual volumetric equipment. To change the color or material, the team can be emptied and cleaned in a minimum of time. Thus, at a dosage of granulate station an operator can perform change of material in approximately 2 - 3 minutes.

The thesaurus C2-Live is a program for centralized control of the Graviplus facilities. The indication of the service data is carried out through a standard computer system.
