Currently, the industrial division of Forcadell directs exclusive marketing of 10 major real estate industrial developments in Catalonia, which account for 190,000 m2 of built-up industrial area. These developments are located in 3 of the four Catalan provinces, namely in the municipalities of Granollers, Sentmenat, Sant Andreu de la Barca, Cornellà de Llobregat, Sant Boi de Llobregat, Sant llorenç D'hortons Sant Celoni, Castellar del Vallès, Lleida and Perafort.
But Forcadell operates not only in the Catalan industrial market. Forcadell & Rigal partners society, in the last three years has achieved a strong position in the Andalusian industrial market. The consultant has begun marketing exclusively of an emblematic industrial project in Seville. It's Jarilla Business Park, a real estate development of last generation that will offer in its various stages around 525.000 square metres of industrial and business area. The new business park boasts a privileged location in the municipality of San José la Rinconada, 7 km from the Andalusian capital. The last may began the commercialization of the first phase of the project, with a total area of 80,000 square meters. Other 181,000 square metres will be developed in a period of 4 years and the 264,000 square meters remaining in 8 years.
