Rotecna Assumes 100% of his production thanks to the new inyectora Krauss Maffei

Rotecna has realizar this 2013 one of the most important investments of the last years, two million euros, with the acquisition of the inyectora of German manufacture, represented by Coscollola Commercial,  Krauss Maffei KM2000 /24500MX, instrumented with the last technology in injection that there is in the market. This investment will allow to the company happen of 75% to 100% of own manufacture, what will give an impulse to the capacity of innovation and development of products of big dimensions for the pork sector. The manager of the section of injection of Rotecna, Ramon Petit, explains that the new machine is under way from October, and adds that “day in day out we work to go incorporating more products with the aim to reach the full activity between January and February of 2014”.

The general director of the company, Amable Izquierdo, also has stood out that between the advantages of the Krauss Maffei finds the energetic saving: “it Consumes between 30% and 40% less than power that a machine of conventional injection”. Besides, the acquisition of the inyectora of plastic supposes, like minimum, the direct contracting of 6 workers that happened to form part of a human team of more than 130 people.
