A Brazilian company invests in the installation of tubes of the mark KraussMaffei Berstorff

The tubes and accessories of Crown, one of the main procesadoras Brazilian of plastics, commissioned to KraussMaffei Berstorff –represented in Spain by Coscollola–, German group devoted to the manufacture of machines and installations for the production and the transformation of synthetic matters and of rubber, the combination of extruder Berstorff/tube of steering to be used in the manufacture of tubes of PVC. The installation —instrumented with two models, an extruder of double thread against a rotante parallel 36D KMD 108-36And2 and a cabezal  for tubes KM-RK23K— will be mounted in brief in the factory of Joinville for the production of pipe of sewerage in rank of dimensions of 75 x 1,8 to 250 x 7,3 mm.

The model KMD 108 And2/R complete the program of extruders of double thread against rotantes parallel of KraussMaffei Berstorff 36D being designed to work with capacities of half production and of drop of 450 to 1.000 kg/h. In the general design of a perfect extrusion of tubes of PVC, the realisation of tubes of steering, through two new models, is integrated with the components of the system to adjust it of the best form, and cover a wide range of diameters. Mainly, the model KM-RK 23-250 search a high performance and flexibility to be able to be used with a capacity of production of 1.000 kg/h.
