Ferromatik
Ferromatik Milacron, next to Uniloy, will present four injectors and two blowing moulding systems.
Along with applications for the sectors of the automotive, packaging and packaging, telecommunications and other industries such as electronics and electrical, medical applications, consumer goods, multi-component technology and fully electric machines will be the protagonists of the event.
Maxima, which debuted a few years ago in the market, the series is available in different closing forces (MV from 20 to 35 tons, MM des 500 to 1,000 tons and ML up to 1,600 tonnes). The latest model, the new Maxima 1300 machine with a clamping force of 1,300 tons will not be shown in the K'2004. This model is concluding in Malterdingen factory. However, the younger sister of the Maxima series, the line MM with a 800 tons clamping force will produce a piece of automotive tri-component at the stand of Ferromatik Milacron.
Two models of the Elektra series evolution were already presented to the industry in the last edition of the K´2001. Specifically, the Elektra, fully automatic machine, has grown to incorporate a supplementary model for 30 to 155 tons. Last year Ferromatik Milacron was the first European manufacturer of injectors to introduce an all-electric multicomponent machine: the Elektra 155-2F evolution with a unit of vertical injection.
But that's not all. As you would expect from a specialist as Ferromatik Milacron, the fair will be in a new range of units of injection based on the K-TEC 350 S series with a unit of injection of 2800.
This new injection unit has an extended range of specifications that allows high levels of injection. In the future, the machine series K-TEC, will offer injection units redesigned with a rotary piston exclusively in international measures: 1000, 1700, 2800 and 4600.
