The abrebolsas, a simple but effective invention
The main features of this abrebolsas Crusher type are its simplicity and efficiency, reducing consumption and maintenance costs. The machine complies with its objective of opening up the smaller bags without being 'aggressive' with the material.
Principle of operation
The material falls onto a rotor that incorporates a 'hooks' or heartbreaking soldiers to it which are arranged in a helical manner.
The axis is slow-roll (with possibility of regulation of 4 to 10 revolutions per minute and leads the material to some static rasgadores (or contrarrasgadores).) The first three units of this team have recently been installed in the automation of complex environmental La Vega (Seville), in the extension of the floor of the regional centre of treatment of waste of the Vallès Oriental (Granollers) and the renovation of the plant of RSU of Talavera de la Reina (Toledo)all of them currently in final stage of implementation.
Automatic cleaning cycle
The abrebolsas control system incorporates an automatic cleaning cycle with ability to set the time to elapse between cycles, in such a way that suits the kind of waste to be treated.
When the cycle starts, nippers of blockade in the place of the gate will open automatically and this opens up the middle. The rotor rotates forward to eject the blocked material. Once solved the problem the door closes and the pincers of blocking again ensure the gate. If the gate could not be completely closed the abrebolsas stops and the door is completely opened. In the latter case once solved the problem it should be closed manually.
