The market of the high speed injection presses is a specialized sector where Sandretto Industrie and in particular, Metalmeccanica Plast, have developed and matured techniques of high quality.

The range of Mach injectors has been developed from these techniques and experience of both companies, along with the use of more advanced components and innovative solutions to ensure the accuracy and repeatability, even in the most extreme working conditions.
The Mach conform to the production of articles for packaging and technical products characterized by very thin walls. The range of prey of the Mach series comprises six basic models, for which there are various groups of injection, classified according to Euromap.
Each group of injection can be equipped with three different diameters spindles. The standard version has a mean diameter and 1,900 bars of specific pressure on the material. There is another spindle to higher diameter and 1,500 bars of pressure and a lower diameter and 2,400 bar pressure.
The spindles are available with standard profile for general purposes with a l/D ratio of 24, constant in the range, and special profiles.
The structure of the Mach is robust and can therefore withstand mechanical requirements for a long period of time. All models comply with the EC declaration, according to European regulations EN201/1997.

The caucus consists of a steel welded structure, solid and robust. This guarantees a perfect alignment between the Group of closing and injection, even with very fast cycles and notable mechanical requirements.

The module of closure has been planned with CAD systems and has chosen also to prevail the strength of the unit and be compact. The knee of five points, powered by a single piston, is the nitriding steel pins and caps of tempered chrome steel. The columns are of high strength steel, treated, chrome thickness and rectified, guaranteeing a high resistance to wear by friction, as to the possible corrosive action of environmental elements.
The closure group is equipped with a system of lubrication oil. The casings of mobile dish lubrifican with fat and the system is designed to ensure the cleaning of the hole of pieces falling.
Dishes, cast iron, carried out with standardized Euromap holes for attachment of the moulds. The mobile plate sits on roller skates whose design gives the system a high stiffness. The evacuation of the stamped parts can be made from three different sides: the side of the operator, the opposite side and the end of the machine under the closure group. The extraction is performed by a plate with velocities, pressures, runs and number of adjustable strokes.

The car has two side cylinders for correct alignment of the mouthpiece with the mold. The approach and retreat of the car speed is adjustable.
The strength of support of the group can be adjusted during the injection phase and it is possible to remove it during the opening of the mold.
The spindle is powered with an electric motor. The plasticizing camera has the head porta nozzle reduced. The spindle of plasticizing and camera are steel nitrurado to 1127 Hv.

It is a SEF-2000 mutiprocesador of last generation. Although it is integrated in the press, is physically separated, and it can be placed where better go you to the operator. The console is equipped with keyboard commands manual and keyboard for data entry. The screen has graphical high-resolution color or monochrome. The system allows to impose parameters in absolute physical values. The memory of the processor has space for 50 programs, if you need any more programs can be stored on a disk and that it has an integrated Floppy drive.
The system architecture is based on the use of a programmable logic controller (PLC in its English acronym) with microprocessor Motorola and an operator interface (MMI), with platform to Intel microprocessor, connected by means of rapid communication serial line. The system is planned to be able to manage, as well as the press, complex work Islands.
The unit is modular and its benefits can be extended by adding electronic cards.
