SPR Sets up the new line of basic fuel of Saica in Madrid

The industrial group SPR, specialist in solutions for the treatment, recycling and valorisation of waste, has realised the setting and set up of the line of manufacturing of basic fuel of Saica in Madrid. The line is composed by a crusher Lindner Jupiter 2200, a separador densimétrico Nihot (SDS), a feeder (metallic strip) and an overband. The crusher Lindner has a capacity of 15 t/h, blades designed for four uses and a block of contracuchillas to realise the cut.

Once triturado the material, goes through a separador Densimétrico (SDS) Nihot, that separates the lightest material and fuel of the material but heavy and without interest (stones, metals, organic material, glasses…). The lightest material is collected in the camera of expansion and carried through the strip transportadora to a presses, in where the material is compacted to increase his density and save costs in the transport. The separate heavy material is withdrawn by a strip, on which finds an overband, that will withdraw the ferric materials of the heavy or inert materials.
