SPR Instruments the line of treatment of fraction subtract of Tragsa, in Lorca

The company SPR, specialised in solutions for the treatment, recycling and valorisation of waste, has llevar the setting, programming and set up of equipment and machinery of treatment of fraction subtract in the plant of treatment of urban solid waste of Tragsa in Lorca (Murcia).

The line of treatment, whose works initiated at the beginning of September 2012 and finalised to finals of December, allows to obtain a series of recyclable by-products like paper and cardboard, PET, PEAD, plastic MIX, briks, ferric, scraps and glasses.

The aim of this project, as it explains the company, is to reduce the quantity of rejections, increase the quantity of recyclable product and delete the bulky and improper that can damage the machinery. For this, has of places of triaje manual of bulky in the entrance of the Line.

The line has a nominal capacity of 30 t/h and works of way automated (with the only exception of the feeders of line and presses, and the withdrawal in containers of the final products). It consists of a feeder of tablillas, six stravel transportadoras, a trómel of sifted, two separadores magnetic, a presses multiproducto and the cabin of triaje.
