The cream pastalera conserves until 12 months, thanks to the work realised by the Classroom of Dairy Products of the University of Santiago de Compostela that had the difficult challenge to obtain a cream with a greater period of useful life to 94 hours, and whose characteristic organolépticas are similar to the ones of the traditional product.

The key is in the sterilisation of the cream. It has achieved by means of a treatment UHT followed of a packaging in aseptic conditions. This treatment gives like result a product that can conserve during long periods of time to temperature acclimatise, keeping his nutritious properties and organolépticas.

Each batch includes 24 packs individual of 200 ml.
