European graziers will be able to produce to low cost fertilizante ecological from the residual materials of the production of biogás
The project Digesmart is formed by partners of four countries: Enerbiom (France), University of Turín-Group Disafa (Italy), SATA (Italy), Biogás-And (Belgium) and ainia technological centre (Spain). Funded by the European Union under the program Echo-Innovation, the technical activities will finalise in three years, with the installation of nueve units of treatment in Europe.
Enerbiom, SME French, proposes an innovative solution low-cost to produce fertilizantes ecological (obtained from renewable sources) through the use of several technologies, such as the solid separation-liquid, the stripping and the dried solar (see diagram). These technologies of recovery of nutrients will allow to adapt the solution of treatment of the residual materials of the production of biogás, known like digested, to the needs of the agriculturalists, so much in terms of capacity, available surface of application as of costs of treatment.
The first installation of these technologies developed by Enerbiom will be implemented in a plant of biogás agro-industrial in the north of France because of the excess of dejections graziers of this area and to the important problem of the pollution of the aquifers. The technologies are applied to the digested in the rough (separation of the digested in solid and liquid fraction, by means of the use of centrifuges) as well as to the liquid fraction of the digested (stripping and dried solar).
