The need to find solutions to the problematic associated to Listeria monocytogenes in alimentary industries, has promoted to
The aim of the day is to tackle this problematic from a point of view of the practical control of this so worrisome pathogen in the alimentary industry, through the mix of innovation and practicidad in the methodologies used to achieve an effective control of Listeria monocytogenes.
In the day will participate Sonia Carries, technician of the laboratory of Bioensayos in Ainia Technological Centre, that will speak on diagnostic and estimate of risks associated to Listeria monocytogenes in the alimentary industry. On the other hand, Luis Mª Galician, general director of the Group Analyses Quality and President of Acofesal, will centre his report on the practical appearances of control and prevention of Listeria monocytogenes. Betelgeux, by his part, will show solutions for the detection and elimination of biofilms, protocols of cleaning and disinfection in alimentary industries, as well as it will show strategies of control of Listeria monocytogenes persistent.
