Spain valoriza 65% of the waste of container, packaging and palé wooden in 2012

The tax of valorisation in 2012 has been of 65%, resulted of the relation porcentual between the 230 one thousand tonnes valorizadas and the 352 one thousand tonnes that remain like residue in Spain. 58% corresponds to material recycling (204 one thousand tonnes), and a 8 % to energetic valorisation (26 one thousand tonnes).
The tax of recycling increases 2 points porcentuales with regard to the 2011 since in spite of reducing the volume recycled, the fall of the volume of available residue does that the installed capacity of the system of recycling result more effective.
Like this, the volume of residue generated by the companies in Spanish territory has diminished 26% had to mainly to a lower total volume used by the companies users (2%), a greater volume of containers and packagings in export (2%) and a greater volume of reuse from the waste managers and palet used (20%).
In fact, the sector recuperador wooden has managed 1% more than volume of residue of container, packaging and palé, since the tendency between the agents orients to the reuse of palet, because of the fall of the demand of products recycled, mainly agglomerated board, as well as of destined products to the energetic valorisation.
