The World-wide Congress EHEDG 2012 tackles the main subjects candentes of the alimentary sector in hygienic design

How design a plant of production of hygienic form but that at the same time was operative or what material and designs are the suitable so that the operations of cleaning and disinfection of the installations and the equipment realise with the greater efficiency, guaranteeing the inocuidad of the foods, are some of the appearances that more concern to the alimentary industry. These and other questions will tackle with detail in the 25 reports that integrate the program of the World-wide Congress EHEDG on Engineering and Hygienic Design 2012 that will celebrate in Valency the next 7 and 8 November.
More than 120 people, with 60% of international presence, have confirmed already his assistance to the world-wide appointment with the hygienic design. An evento that celebrates every year in a distinct country and that this time will take place in Valencia. Between the countries of origin of the assistants finds represented the European Union practically in his whole. Also there will be presence of companies of United States, Japan, Thailand, China, Macedonia, etc.

The reports are divided in five thematic sessions and will tackle appearances like the new solutions for plants of processed; advances in the design of equipment and components; characteristics of the materials in contact with foods; the design of clean rooms; the last technologies of cleaning and disinfection, etc.
The congress offers besides diverse parallel activities like the area of exhibition of companies, the 1:1 business meetings (meetings of bilateral businesses organised), announcement of prize to the best academic studies in the matter or the presentation of scientific posters-technical.
