Measurement by coordinates: for processes of manufacture on line

Picture of Measurement by coordinates
GageMax, of the division of Industrial Metrology of Carl Zeiss, is a machine of measurement by coordinates very versatile. His characteristic turn it into an useful tool for processes of manufacture on line. The GageMax also can be automated employing robots, allowing be loaded or downloaded by three sides indistinctly, what increases the possibilities of integration of the machine of measurement in systems of production interwoven.

The technology of measurement CNC also facilitates the modifications of products in phases more advanced of the production. Unlike the team of measurement for each piece of specific work, ésto avoids new investments in metrology.

In the EMO 2005, Chironinging Werke GmbH&Co. KG presented a system of production based in the new centre of process Quatrocell of four axles. The system consists in a centre of production with system of load and download robotizado, and the GageMax like a cell of integrated cheese cheese measurement. The robot places the piece in the rough –the base of an industrial gun of spray- in the device of tie up of the centre of production.

The program of measurement starts automatically in what the robot is out of the rank of hygiene. Later the robot withdraws the piece and places it in his place of storage.
