The IBV presents Runalytics in the International Fair ISPO Munich

The Institute of Biomecánica (IBV) participates with a stand in the International Fair of Sport ISPO Munich that takes place this week in Germany to present the system Runalytics that analyses the stepped in 3D with the aim to help to the runners to choose the zapatilla of running suitable.

Runalytics Is the result of the dilated experience of the IBV in the analysis of the career and the biomecánica sportive. Runalytics Is a system 3D of expert analysis of the stepped that allows, through a simple proof realizar on a treadmill or in corridor of career and in less than 5 minutes, classify to a runner according to his pattern of career in pronador, neutral or supinador.

This analysis allows to recommend to the user a type of footwear that adapt to his pattern of career with a percentage of upper effectiveness to 95%, through some simple and amicable surroundings.

In general, the majority (70-80%) of the injuries that suffer the runners give mainly in the ankle and the foot. Besides, the injuries by overload (damage tisular that results of the repetitive demand along the time) represent the 50-75% of all the derivative injuries of the running.
