The auxiliary SMEs of the agro-industrial sector in Fremm want to improve his productivity to strengthen his internationalisation

The Clúster Put, that integrates to the Association of Innovative Companies of Machinery and Equipment Agroalimentario (Aei Put) with SMEs tied to the Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia (Fremm) has initiated this month a study of feasibility to value the optimisation of the processes of productivity in the group of the auxiliary companies of the agro-industrial sector, of face to advance in his positioning in the international market.

The process of assessment will prolong during four months, to charge of an innovative method designated Read Manufacturing, of Japanese origin and applied in multinationals of reference in the world. Through the project to initiate in the weeks to come, pretends like final aim dinamizar and improve the productivity of the companies participants, through the optimisation of his operative processes to achieve attainments like the increase of the productivity, reduce the operative costs of his key processes, delete residual activities inside his operative processes and standardise his processes to all the involved, are internal or external.

The analysis will face with public funds, after the recent approval by part of the Ministry of Industry, Power and Tourism of the project of optimisation of processes alluded, inside the Announcement of Subventions for the support to Innovative Business Groupings, where finds the Aei Put, that groups to manufacturers of agricultural machinery, components, equipment of irrigation, post-harvest, manufacturers of phytosanitary ware machinery and equipment grazier.
