Fremm, more than 30 years forming metal specialists
Regional Murcia (Fremm) Metal Employers Federation has more than 30 years of experience training in the specialities on the qualifications catalogue metal. Workshops and classrooms of its training centre are equipped with technologies more advanced to facilitate the transfer of the latest companies. Its unveiling by providing value added in the business field, will make that from the next academic year, students added a plus to your quality training with obtaining a certificate of productivity, after becoming the first Center of excellence Festo in Spain.
The training center offers formal education for unemployed, recycling, self-financing or private, master and courses postgraduate, which adds the courses of intermediate and senior vocational training and advanced in fields as diverse as automotive, electricity, telecommunications and motorcycling up to renewable energy, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration manufacturing, industrial automation, pneumatichydraulic and machine tools. Also, a decade Fremm he teaches courses à la carte in collaboration with interested companies.
To cope with this task, it boasts facilities covering an area of over 16,000 square meters, where is home to 18 workshops and 16 classrooms, which is attended by a staff of qualified teachers who, for the most part, comes from the business world, after have been formed in industries and centres of art in Spain and Europe.

More than 6,500 students who passed last year by the training centre took part in some of the 220 activities, which accounted for more than 26.300 hours in total.Of the people trained, 411 were unemployed, which are partly integrated into companies of the metal of the associations and unions of the Federation.
"We have an observatory to meet the training needs of companies and adjust our offer to your demand. This favors that the optimum level of employment we have at the end of the courses,"says business leader. In addition, the Organization has a work bag with students trained in Fremm.
About 2013, Fremm has intensified its commitment for the training bonus, with an offer in the first quarter of about 60 courses, covering both open as the intended offer à la carte, with a total of 720 students formed.
