Switch of compact hygiene: with interface ACE-i SaW integrated cheese cheese
The system ACE-i SaW (hygiene in the work by means of interface ACE) employs increasingly to connect devices of conmutación of hygiene to the machinery. The ACE-i SaW offers a lot of advantages in comparison with other buses of hygiene, like the reduction of the time of installation and of the costs of cableado.
For this, Schmersal has developed the switch of position TR 235-ACE, with function of integrable hygiene in the surroundings ACE-i SaW.
The model TR 235-ACE bases in the series Z/T 235, that is used to to employ like ‘switch standardised' as the norm DIN IN 50047 in mechanical engineering. By his compact size, the switch can use in spaces reduced and doors of small hygiene. Besides, thanks to his carcasa metallic, is indicated for the industrial surroundings more rigorous.
An important characteristic of this switch is the connector M12 adjustable that, after the setting, can turn until 240º and go back to fix. In this way they can use cables with enchufes M12 acodados, with what avoids a greater wear by the ‘effect tirabuzón'. Apart from these characteristics, the switch TR 235-ACE with function of hygiene is available with a wide range of actuators, from émbolos and crowbars of roller bent until any another type of crowbar of roller, offering like this an enormous variety of applications.
This model completes the catalogue of devices of conmutación of hygiene with interface ACE-i SaW integrated cheese cheese of Schmersal. The range ACE-i SaW includes, amongst other, switches of hygiene with independent actuator (AZ 16-ACE), devices of enclavamiento by solenoid (AZM 161-ACE), sensors of hygiene (BNS 16-ACE, BNS 33-ACE) and pulsadores of stop of emergency. All the other products of hygiene of Schmersal can integrate in the system ACE-i-SaW by means of a module of entrance of external hygiene, available in two versions: one to mount in the cabin of control and another for applications in situ, the robust “ACE-Tube”.
The external dimensions of the devices ACE-i SaW coincide with the ones of the conventional, by what the mechanical engineers can offer a machine that include at the same time to the conventional hygiene and the system ACE-i SaW, without need to change neither adapt the mechanical construction: simply they employ components of different hygiene.
