Protect-Select
Compact controller of hygiene: it configures without previous knowledges of programming
The compact controller of hygiene Protect-Select can configure without having knowledges of programming and without parameters of adjust specific of the manufacturer. The controller has of a number of programs preconfigurados oriented to the practice, from among which the user simply has to select the suitable program for his application, from here, the denomination ‘Select' (select).
The program chooses directly in the component, in a brief operation that realises by means of the switches of crowbar and following the indications of the screen, that provides so much information like the greater controllers of hygiene, included the information required to realise a fast diagnostic in case of errors or of irregularities.
There is available eighteen entrances of digital hygiene and two analog, that interconnect and assign of different form with the six exits of hygiene of the twelve programs. Thus, the modus operandi of programming can compare perfectly with a diagram of electrical connections. Likewise, can evaluate with hygiene two signals of analog entrance.
In addition to the basic version of the controller, that only requires a width of setting of 52,5 mm in the picture of control, Schmersal also offers a wireless variant under the denomination Protect-Select WL. In this component, an additional mobile element is the attendant to establish the communication with the controller through a safe connection by radio.
For customers OEM, there will be available variants developed individually, which will supply pre-configured. Of this way, the user of these controllers Protect OEM will be able to have of the additional functions that need of exact form, without having to employ time or efforts with the parameters of adjust.
A system Protect-Select can replace of five to six modules of control of conventional hygiene. With this series, the Group Schmersal offers a new possibility to have of all the functions of hygiene of a machine for small and average applications to level of the controller.
