The ‘Black Belt' of the LSSI explained that the application of technicians Read in the logistical field of the organisations generate a frame of reference for the analysis through maps of value, which allow to know with detail all the logistical processes. The suitable utilisation of the data obtained allows to create some flows of information and reliable knowledge along all the chain of supply.
Claudia Legoff also gave to know the experience of some companies that have implemented in his technical organisations Read. The main results obtained are, in addition to a greater harmony in the surroundings of daily work, a better service to the customer. Other highly positive results can be, for example, the reduction of the times of delivery in 50%; the reduction in 30% of the inventories; the reduction of 50% in the costs of bad quality caused by the handle of materials; or the reduction of 30% of the hours of work of the personnel.
Likewise, the application of the tools Read allow to obtain processes more agile and with this diminish significantly the costs and increase the profitability of the chain of supply.
In definite, the Read Logistics allows that the communication flow from the real demand of the final customer to the rest of links of the chain, arriving also to the providers. The work colaborativo, implanted through Read allows to leave to guess the needs of the customers by means of prognoses to happen to use the real demand for the planning of the production and the deliveries. The result is that the company happens to have a chain of supply highly effective and profitable.
