Debate 2. Logistical innovation in the services: the tangible versus the intangible
THE world has evolved in the last one hundred years from an agricultural conception to an economy based in the services; more than 70% of the GDP of Spain and something more than 65% of the total employment of the country are product of the service sector.
If we call service to any activity or profit that a part offers to another, and that it is basically intangible without having as resulted the possession of something, can say that are speaking of ‘experience' in the economy. The management of the intangible plays a factor diferenciador in the decision of the customer and of the final consumer. However it can speak of product without evaluating his component in the provision of an utility? The companies providers of service are organisations that facilitate the production and distribution of goods, giving support to other organisations to achieve give value to the consumers.
Without service there is not consumption… suits to explore the scope of the intangible.
Debate 3. How organise and keep models of internationalisation of success?
At present, the easiest formula to surpass the crisis seems to be that it is to go out fal external, export, matter. This gives foot to confirm that the markets are very globalizados, factor that can contribute to compensate the decremento of the domestic national market.
In this debate will present the models of success that, from the deslocalización until the redeslocalización, going through the ilocalización, are posing the companies that bet by the alternative to ‘go back home' (insourcing). But, the umbrella of the logistics goes to be always the one who goes to allow advance, using for this combinations that allow to be more near of the customers and of the markets.
Debate 4. Strategies of adaptation in front of the crisis
More than in front of a crisis, the world finds in front of a change of the economic model that all the companies have had and go to have to continue facing. In this debate will analyse cases of success and of failure and will speak on if a specific case of an organisation is extrapolable to other companies and how realise it. Also it will speak of the new strategic factors that are arising the business world.
