Systems ‘shuttle' of compact storage IPC/UPC: aprovechamiento of the space and maximum efficiency

Jungheinrich Has designed two systems ‘shuttle' of compact storage for an aprovechamiento maximum of the space: In Pallet Loaders (IPC) and Under Pallet Loaders (UPC). Both consist of trucks satellites that displace by the channel of paletización with independence of the machine bearer, using his own system of propulsion and guided by radiofrecuencia.
In addition to the car satellite or loaders, this innovative system of compact storage serves of the carts transportadoras and of the shelves of channel of Jungheinrich like auxiliary means. The systems of compact storage of Jungheinrich result ideals for the manipulation of palés complete, for the storage by batches and for the procurement in systems with tunnels of picking. They can use so much in warehouses frigoríficos as in intermediate warehouses, and allow two sides of access (Fifo and Lifo).
Each one of these two systems ‘shuttle' has been especially designed to answer to each need, specification and case of personalised form. Whereas in the UPC the palé supports on the car satellite and both —‘shuttle' and palé — handle separately, the IPC goes in with his fork in the palé and handles the ‘shuttle' and the palé simultaneously. Nevertheless, both systems multiply the advantages of the classical solutions of compact storage offering high levels of performance, hygiene, flexibility and efficiency.
