The service and quality are the main concerns of the sector

Second is efficiency and the optimization of costs (17.6%) followed by costs (15.5%), speed, punctuality and commitment (12.9%) and communication and information (7%).
Here increasing between logistics managers concern for issues such as planning (6%), sustainability (4.7%), innovation (4.6%) and the loading and unloading in urban (2.3%).

Increasing the sustainable criteria in enterprises
