10 years in Spain enabled GSE make significant logistical and industrial projects. Some of them are:

Also, 2008 means a new era for the subsidiaries: GSE Spain is integrated as a business unit within the framework of the reorganization of Business Units of GSE, reporting directly to the new Director of the international BU, Manuel Sanna.
A company for large operators
It should be noted that GSE based on 30 years of experience in the design and construction of logistic and industrial parks across Europe. In addition, it offers a commercial unpublished in the Spanish market, with the overall management of all the necessary services to the building. • Economic: reducing costs is one of the concerns of GSE. For this reason, the company selects and loyalty suppliers ('supply-chain') that are involved in the functioning of 'Optimal'.
In short, a project 'Optima' requires less material and uses less energy. In addition, the architectural aspect does not change while that of lower height, fits better in the environment. And, being modular, it adapts to the needs of the operator.
On the other hand, the materials used respected environment: wood gives a touch more humane and welcoming interiors. At energy level, beyond of the reduction in the size, clean energy (solar panels for electricity generation, solar water heaters of water for the toilets, etc.) have been studied.

10 innovations for an optimal solution of the logistics building
