Automatic identification and sensors for logistics
ICR890
Vision system for the reading of 1-D and 2-D codes with great image quality. It has been designed for video encoding and OCR of characters (OCR) applications.
VMS410
The VMS 410 is the new volumetric measurement system designed for the measurement of cuboidal or packaging items in tapes of transport. Fast installation and commissioning in March, allows optimize and streamline the flow of information in automated warehouses.
Sick has developed the VMS 410 to accurately determine the volume of the parcel in business of CEP and automated logistic centres (express and package services). The system consists of a head of measure and unit of integrated assessment that provide measures of cuboidal objects.
RFI341
Sick wide its range of solutions in automatic identification with RFID technology. The new RFI341 is based on the 13, 56 Mhz band, that offers long ranges of communication up to 1.2 m as well as the feature of anti-collision that detects simultaneously of several objects. The compatibility is complete with ISO 15963 and ISO 18000-3 a.
This solution is the first product of a complete family of systems. In addition to the team of read/write, a variety of types of antennas and transponder types are available for the needs of different applications. The software, RTD400, of assessment and diagnosis, familiar with the readers of Sick, can also be used with the RFID systems.
RFID is the ideal solution for the management of containers or pallets in warehouses, provided that the system has the design and the necessary robustness for the harsh environment industrial. THE RFI341 identifies objects transported at high speed onto conveyors with high reliability.
ICR840
The new reader matrix codes or 2D, ICR840 is optimized for applications in which objects are marked directly and the reading is carried out in standing, such as electronic component or systems parts to the automotive sector which need identification.
