A good key government of the success in the cooperative agroalimentarias

The Foundation Cajamar presented yesterday the study the ‘Government of the Agricultural Cooperatives' an act to the that assisted the autonomic secretary of Agriculture, Fishes Feeding and Waters the one who stood out in his intervention the socioeconomic importance of the cooperative agroalimentarias in the European Union and especially in Spain, so much in quantitative terms like qualitative. In the first case, by the high number of existent organisations, of partners that integrate them, of turnover, and of places of work that generate. And, in the second, by his leadership for the improvement of the competitiveness of the agricultural companies of his partners, through the services that loan them.

The director of the work, Narciso Arks, engineer agronomist and professor of Economy of the Company, presented the keys of the government of the cooperative agroalimentarias in the coyuntura current in front of the challenge of the internationalisation and the competitiveness. The big challenge of the government of the cooperatives in these moments happens according to the professor “for doing compatible the organisational innovations with the values and principles that conform the essence of the cooperativismo”.

Thus, this study advises the utilisation of a wide fan of theories that, with complementary approaches, contribute to improve the explanation of relate them partner-cooperative. Precisely that is the aim of the present work. In him, after putting of relief the economic importance of the cooperative agroalimentarias and the problematic of his government, expose the contributions of different theories: the neoclásica, costs of transaction and agency, rights of property, relational and resources and capacities. Besides, the postulates of these theories contrast of empirical form with the information obtained of 277 surveys realised to partners of these cooperatives.
