“A very important point is the ease of cleaning”
Which is the most usual profile of a buyer of mills? It is a transformer —that needs triturar his defective pieces—, is a reciclador...?
Our mills are of foot of machine, so, usually, our customers are those that want to automate individually the inyectadora to save costs of personnel.
Which is the most valued characteristic by the buyers in a mill? (Robustness, quality of the triturado, consumption...)
Basically what value more the buyers are the robustness and quality of the team. A very important point is the ease of cleaning of these in the changes of colour, since, if it is not fast, loses long between these changes, diminishing like this the margin of profit.
A priori, it seems that the mills are a type of team with little technology. It is this true? What has to guarantee a technologically advanced mill?
Yes, his principle is basically the same from does time, although with quite a lot of changes regarding hygiene. What himself has attained is a total automation of the inyectadora, and that the operario do not have to touch neither the pieces neither coladas, since now trituran and separate automatically.
