In particular, the guide 'Synergy' refers to programmes of aid and subsidies to the industrial sector, under three concepts: saving and energy efficiency; energy use and energy assessment and studies, audits and energy consultancies. In Andalusia, the amount of this incentive is, in General, of 60% for large undertakings, 70% for medium-sized and up to 80% for small businesses. However, each autonomous community defined deadlines, amounts, and concepts, which vary with regard to approved by the Junta de Andalucía. And as always, it must be submitted, for approval by the technical team of the community or institution that grants. In addition to Andalusia, Murcia, the Basque country and Valencia already apply such programmes.
One of the three eligible concepts refers to all the technology that involves greater savings and energy efficiency. And thus the industry reduce their spending on energy consumed. In this context, the signature Denios, manufacturer of industrial equipment for hazardous substances, unveils its thermal cameras which put their 'bit' to increase energy efficiency in the industrial segment.
Cameras that keep the original properties of the raw materials
These air conditioned units, Denios, are ideal to store products at temperature constant in order to maintain its original properties and avoid the freezing of products whatever the weather conditions. They are also suitable for the thermal conditioning of the raw materials to enable them to incorporate subsequent production processes. An example would be the fact to achieve the optimum viscosity for the purpose. Possible processes are: heat and melt the 300 degrees centigrade, storage antifreeze, to maintain constant temperatures and refrigerated storage. However, one of the main peculiarities of the Denios thermal cameras is the saving of costs in terms of energy consumption, resulting in an optimization of energy efficiency.
Teams that take advantage of waste energy and avoid costs by change of temperature
To keep the goods stored at the optimum temperature for the production process, these cameras prevent the costs of heating or cooling for the preparation of the substances. Without going any further, this would be the case of the paraffin, manufactured in liquid state but kept in solid at room temperature. In colloquial terms, it could compare with the efficiency resulting from the use of a refrigerator in which are stored products at a constant temperature with the energy consumption of the perfection of each using a furnace.
Another advantage of these air-conditioned storage equipment lies in the possibility of using waste energy. In particular, these cameras can work based on sources of electricity, steam, oil or hot water resulting from other production processes. For example, if the company generated residually water vapor can be adapted camera thermal for the use of this energy, which represents a cost savings as well as the reuse of energy. In other words, creates a technological improvement in energy efficiency for the company. As a CODA, the customer gains in security. Denios is specialized in chemical and hazardous substances. For this reason, it supplies these cameras in version resistant to fire, with flameproof equipment (Atex), basin of retention to prevent spills or extraction of harmful vapours, among other accessories.
From compact boxes for two drums up stores tailored to 24 GRGs. The user, with the Council of the team of engineers from Denios, choose the design of its thermal camera, depending on their availability. Among the main features and benefits of the thermal systems of Denios Note: basin of retention according to existing legislation, and quipamiento in accordance with approval from DIBt (Berlin), controlled constant temperature, saving and energy efficiency, reduced costs, reduced time of heating or cooling, availability with resistance to fire and/or antideflagrantes equipment.
