- Royal decree 227/2006, whereby complements the juridical diet on the limitation of volatile organic compounds in determinate paints and varnishes and in products of renewal of the finishing of vehicles.
- Royal decree 255/2003, whereby approves the Regulation on classification, packaging and labeling of ready dangerous.
The Royal decree 227/2006 (Managerial 2004/42/CE), establishes the limits for the maximum content of COV in paintings, glaze and other affine products contemplated by the directive. From his entrance in force on 1 January 2007, the manufacturers of paintings no longer can produce products for the repintado of vehicles that surpass the limits of COV established for the smart ‘products to the use', neither commercialise them in the European Union. From January of 2010 the limits to fulfil suffered an additional restriction according to the Phase II of the present Royal decree.
