1. Greater competitive strength in the operations of product and apalancamiento integral through a business structure improved
In our recent structural reform, have reconfigurado our internal organisation in a system of: central offices and corporate departments. The central offices are responsible from the development of the strategy of product until the service postventa, what allows to have an integral vision of all the commercial operations that are related. The corporate departments organise of agreement to the specific functions of work, with the aim to attain the perfect operation of the company. Like result, the measures purchased to settle down our integral capacities have gone to more, as they are the strengthening of the strategies of the company to global level, improvement of the internal and greater communication efficiency and sophistication of the processes of business and in this way, look for a greater global competitiveness.
This month have founded a new headquarters of Engineering. The new team will allow us strengthen our capacity in the field of the engineering, shopping and construction, functions that previously developed the central offices. Also it will promote the development of our business of solutions, especially in the area of services to the community.
All these changes, the strengthening in the restructuring of the areas of individual business combined with our capacity like group multinational integrating specific functions by area, will strengthen to the company. I encourage them to have all the previous in mind and to realise constant improvements in his daily tasks.
2. Acceleration of the global expansion of businesses
With the end to attain a growth sustained in the future, is indispensable that have a strategy of global development of business. The changes in the global business surroundings are grave, and the competition of the yen in the market is increasingly intense. If we want to surpass all the avatars of the surroundings, no only have to develop a generation of products answering to the needs of the market, but we also will have to carry out in all the company measured that they help to this, including the creation of a model of business that incorporate plans of continuous improvement and anticipate to the changes, the success in the local production and in the shopping, and in the bonds with the external partners
For these ends, the past April inaugurated a new area of ‘Global Strategic Planning and Headquarters of Operations', been still in December by the establishment of a ‘Section of Global Personnel', one of our best initiatives for the management of personnel. I invite them to that they assume this new challenge to treat to turn into a truly global player able to win in the global markets.
3. Ensure the confidence of the customer and of the society
The past year suffer a loss of confidence like result of some problems of quality related with the manufacture of pieces for aeroplanes. Besides, of the damages that suffer in our network because of a computer virus, as we inform to the press. If, like consequence of this, had produced any escape of important information besides, would have lost the confidence of the society. All the employees have to be conscious of his social position, issue strict trials in all the subjects, and encourage to attain the confidence of the society. One of the pillars of our company is our firm commitment to do contributions to the society through our commercial operations. This is the firm commitment that has promoted our growth sustained along our corporate history.
