AR Racking Implants his solution of storage in the new installations of LG Spain in Guadalajara

AR Racking, company referent in solutions of storage, has realizar the setting of the new warehouses of LG Spain in the place of Azuqueca of Henares, Guadalajara.

The project freamers in the context of growth of LG in Spain in all his areas of business and in his bet for offering an excellent service to his customers. In this sense, LG has bet for having of own warehouses in the place of Azuqueca of Henares, Guadalajara.

AR Racking Has realizar for LG the installation of more than 3.000 m² of surface of storage with a system of paletización conventional, that occupies roughly a third of the space of the total surface of the installations. The system employed allows the immediate access to all the references stored and is very versatile, since it adapts to all type of unit of load or carretilla elevador. It is also very agile to mount, substitute elements or expand components to future.

The installation divides in two warehouses where will situate the diversified range of product of LG: a warehouse of product finished, with capacity for 3.088 euro palés and 1.518 palés American and a warehouse of spare parts, that can house 5.036 europalés. It has freamers of 8.000 and 9.000 mm of height and 1.100 mm background.

In the project has had the help of the collaborator of AR, Francisco Olives, of Commercial Aspro. In his development, the team of AR Racking has contributed his specialisation in the field of the solutions of storage for heavy loads and his experience in the personalización of systems to measure of the needs of each customer, fulfilling with all the terms and requirements previously established.
