Has been closed I Auditor and energy Manager training course organized by Atecyr. The course has taught on Tuesdays, and any Wednesday, on day of morning and afternoon from January 29 until July 10, with 256 hours face to face, in the classroom of formation of the Association, in Madrid. After classes, students must submit and defend a project of a building and management plan as scheduled before the Court made up of teachers of the course and directed by Ricardo García San José, Vice President of the Technical Committee of Atecyr audit.
Profile auditor and Manager, is the person who runs and leads an energy audit, and keeps track of the building during its lifetime. The relative technical complexity of the installations, as well as the need to manage measuring equipment and perform certain calculations, require that the Auditor is a specialist. That is why during the course has been invested much effort in tools that help to execute these actions. Classes with energy simulation, in particular Energy Plus, as a tool to assess the energy saving measures that are being proposed to the buildings were given. It has also developed practical classes for taking action in a real building, where students have used the instrumentation required to have a building energy monitoring, have learned how to collect data, and what is even more important, namely to interpret them. In the course has been taught a whole issue about energy certification that all the tools are taught to certify a building, both the generals, Calener, as the simplified for existing buildings.
This first promotion of the course has been formed by a group of 27 students with a training profile divided in equal parts between engineers and architects. This group of professionals, stands, today, such as workers who have received one of the best formations for coping of firm mode to the labour market, having expanded its field of action and acquired, without a doubt, the ability to recognize new business and new entrepreneurial perspectives that will allow to clearly define the objectives and action plans, as well as recognize other educational and professional experiences thanks to the acquired formation of the hand of the best lecturers and professionals in the sector.
Ramón Velázquez Vila, Professor of the University of Seville and a member of the Technical Committee of Atecyr spoke at the closing ceremony, raising the question 'is sustainable sustainable development?' what gave his opinion of expert on the subject, indicating that our current system around the world is characterized by a ' sustained growth ' consumption, dragged by the consumerism of developed countries, accompanied by a growth also sustained population in the so-called developing countries, known as the 'demographic bomb'. Both sustained growth, consumption and population, leading to a depletion of resources and a silting-up of the environment, as the recipient of all waste including own degraded energy, making predict that this global system is not sustainable. However just a few simple calculations on this exponential growth to check that the system is not stable.
He concluded his exhibition commenting that ultimately it seems that science and technology do not have a response to pressing current problems; a peaceful revolution, it would be necessary, first, universal staff then, after which, the science and technology could perhaps establish means for the universal satisfaction of those needs within a stable framework.
After his speech, Ricardo García San José, Vice President of the Technical Committee of Atecyr and course director, explained how the end-of-course project, will be delivered and thanked the 27 students for trusting Atecyr and encouraged them to implement and apply all the knowledge acquired.
