Fruit Attraction will devote a day to the fruit of bone

The fifth edition of Fruit Attraction, fair international in the Sector of fruits and vegetables, co-organized by Ifema and Fepex being held from 16 to 18 October, will welcome, among its technical sessions, The Stone Fruit Attraction Summit. Organized by the associations of Fepex, lectures, which will be held on October 17 in Hall 5 at Feria de Madrid, are intended to add value to the fruit production of bone Spanish highlighting some messages as the diversity and variety of the offer, which allow that Spain is the only country in the northern hemisphere can provide for six months (from April to November), to all international markets.
On the day, which will be opened by the Secretary of State for trade, Jaime Garcia-Legaz, addressed aspects related to research on oriented post-harvest technology to ensure the quality, the safety and marketing of the fruit of bone. Object of the day elsewhere will be related to the production, distribution and consumption. First level specialists from United States and the EU, related to research will take part in the Conference. Likewise, the world expert in techniques of post-harvest fruit of bone and Professor at the University of Davis (California), Carlos Crisosto, will intervene in this day with the paper 'Latest advances in technology post-harvest for consignments of long distance of the stone fruit'.
