A Table of Coordination will harmonise the work of the laboratories agroalimentarios

With the creation of this Table want to establish the mechanisms of coordination, collaboration and cooperation between the laboratories agroalimentarios that take part in the official control of these products, with the purpose to improve the quality by means of the application of the methods of analysis more suitable.
Another of his competitions will be to facilitate and boost the accreditation of the laboratories agroalimentarios, ensuring his technical competition and the reliability of his analytical results, fulfilling, besides, with the compulsory requirement of the European rule on the realisation of the official controls of the products agroalimentarios. Likewise, it is indispensable to provide the suitable technical learning to the personnel that realises the official analytical controls, guaranteeing a correct application of the technical employees.
For this, the table, that will be integrated cheese cheese by managers of the Ministry and representatives of the laboratories of the Autonomous Communities or managers of the official control of the products agroalimentarios, in addition to, when it consider timely, experts and representatives of the sector, will gather of periodic form, at least once to the semester.
Equally, for the development of the activities, has created the computer application, that gives support to the Network of Laboratories Agroalimentarios, facilitating the tasks related with the official control in matter of analysis of products agroalimentarios.
