The meat sector Spaniard exports 17,1% more in the 2011, according to Confecarne

After facilitating the figures related with the external trade, the representatives of Confecarne left clear that this has a big importance no only for the industrial state, but for all the chain of value of the meat and for the Spanish economy. No in vain, the commercial scales cárnica is especially positive (if in the year 2010 the tax of coverage was of 229%, in 2011 elevated until a spectacular 283%), a data that very few notable economic sectors can present, and that contributes to paliar the traditional commercial deficit of the country.
The new general director stood out the support decided of the Ministry in this matter, as it shows it the creation of a General Steering that, grouping the Sub-directorates of Animal Health, Vegetal and Sanitary ware Agreements, goes to centre in the opening of markets and impulse of the exports.

All this goes to allow a greater agility in these matters of so much interest for the exporters, and announced a next review of the 'Smart Marco', that will be exigible element to all the companies for those markets that demand smart of exporters, so much if it is by visit of third countries, or as if it is by the contribution of a listing from Spain. The new 'Smart' will comprise additional requirements established by the third countries, the trazabilidad internal of the companies and other appearances that guarantee a professional approach of the external trade by part of the operators.
From Confecarne valued positively this initiative and stood out also the need to advance in questions like the permission of establishments to export to the United States, a subject that in this moment finds atascado.
Finally, stood out also the interest that for the sector would have the realisation of a study on elimination of pathogens in the hams cured, similar to the that realised to show the inactivación of the risks on appearances of animal health in the hams.
